Birthmonth is up. Its been August Baby!

 Yes it been August and as yearly tradition would have it, it was and still isnt great for me. I dont know why every year August tries to kill my mind, body and soul but I hang in there. 

I wanted to go somewhere nice and cold so August gave me a typhoon. Our house in the province got flooded and the rest of manila also did. 

That was the start of August and now that its ending, still happening. The rain gets harder and harder each day. 

Apart from the rain, my mom also celebrated her birthday this month, she is now, 65 years young. Honestly my mom still looks young for her age, she doesnt have a lot of wrinkles, shes still agile and active the only tell tale sign that she's in her 60s is her hearing. Both my parents are hard of hearing. 

We celebrated her big day with a small party, just her friends and family. We gifted her an iPad, because her iPad is old and honestly its 7 years old and barely updates. She loves her iPad and she was so happy for the upgrade. 

A lot of good food was also enjoyed this month, went to all my faves with all my workmates to celebrate small wins in our corporate lives. 

I went to the Da Vinci Experience, its an AI experience of Da Vinci's works. I loved it. I enjoyed the violinist playing while backed up by AI Artworks and seeing up close the works of Da Vinci. Its the closest to the painting I can do, until I have enough money to tour the museums of Europe. 

Heres to August. I hope it doesn't rain on my birthday.
